Ok y’all, those crepes from my breakfast are delicious! They were divine with some fresh organic tomatoes for my lunch. I also snacked on some veggies.

Breakfast shenanigans!

Ok y’all, lemon water and ginger tea. 2 of each! I love drinking something warm in the mornings!


Ok now for my breakfast, I don’t even know what to tell y’all. My mother-in-law made this dish. I think it’s rice, or “kasha”.. The dressing on it has carrots and tomatoes as well as beef. I only had a little of the beef though. Dark meat makes my belly hurt.


And I was still a bit hungry so I munched on some carrot sticks.


Some Serious Salad

I came home with some serious munchies. I opened the fridge and started pulling out all the vegetables I could find. Throwing it all together with a dash of balsamic vinegar and hot sauce, I made this serious salad who means business. It contains kale leaves, romaine lettuce, organic tomatoes from our garden, mushrooms, celery, shredded carrots, and yummy yummy feta cheese. Also, can’t forget my detox tea. Yum!
